Industrial Water Cooling System Screw Chilling Machine Water Cooled Screw Chiller MachineSpecial featuresWater cooled screw chiller can be divided into two types :single-screw chillers and double-screw chillers and select the most efficient semi-enclosed compressor unit's heart - high quality imported screw compressor, its 5:6 ultra -efficient helical rotor compressor is 20%~30% better than the general compressor unit .reliable operation, high efficiency ,easy maintenance, accurate control and wide application range. The whole machine controls the temperature accurately. Units PLC controller uses large-screen touch LCD to display, and has a good all-Chinese man-machine dialogue interface to realize full automatic control. The liquid crystal display screen displays the working condition of the machine in real time and precisely monitors the unit running in the best condition, its contact panel is well sealed ,waterproof , dustproof, anti-corrosion, long key life. 1.The cooling capacity of the unit is 99KW~1650KW,which can be selected according to customer's requirement2.The freezing water temperature of the unit can be arbitrarily adjusted between 5°C-30°C.3.Unit cooling. water temperature is between 15°C-35°C.4.Unit can be single and double circuit design, when a single compressor of the unit breaks down, the other compressor can still operate normally.5.The unit can be equipped with remote management program to feedback system operation information and realize remote service.6.There are many options for refrigetants such as R22/R407C/R404A.7.Water-cooled screw chillers are widely used in chemical industry, injection molding, food processing,vacuum package , electroplating surface treatment and many other fields.
